Hi there, I'm Sindre Stoeten.
I am originally from a small country town in Norway, but have been lucky enough to spend the last five years here in New Zealand.
My biggest passion as a Chiropractor is to help people reach their optimal level of health, function and performance, so that they can live their lives to the fullest.
My Chiropractic story begins as a cross-country skiing athlete, looking to optimize my performance. It was the best decision I ever made. My Chiropractor explained how important spinal function is to our overall health and performance. I got to experience this first hand, and after a couple of years, I decided that I wanted to help people the same way that my Chiropractor had helped me. So, I moved to New Zealand and started my education at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, graduating five years later.
When I'm not at Kumeu Chiropractic, I’m doing indoor and outdoor adventures with my family: Kasey, my partner, Kiara (5) and Oakland (2). Kasey is also studying to become a chiropractor, while Kiara and Oakland are studying “Life101” at primary school and kindergarten. Being a retired athlete, I enjoy any form of exercise. Most of the time is dedicated to trail running and orienteering, but in 2015 and 2017 I challenged myself to race in the New Zealand Ironman in Taupo.
I am very excited to be part of the team at Kumeu Chiropractic with a daily goal of helping as many people as possible in and around the Kumeu community. I look forward to meeting you and start the process of you living your life to the fullest.
